I often identify myself by stating: Brynn Vayda, age 20. I identify as a student, an English Education major, a future educator, and even a busy, hard-working individual.

More importantly, I am a young woman who wants to go everywhere. I’ve traveled from my Midwest home to India, Europe and across the U.S., because it makes me uncomfortable in the best way possible. I choose to listen more than I choose to speak, and I write just about as much as I listen.

I am horrendous at small talk and subsequently am “that person” who asks the questions we were all wondering —  the questions that I believe people really want to be asked. I am deeply inclined to feel what you are feeling and even more inclined to do something about it.
