Helping illiterate mothers in Rural India.

This project was the result of partnering with one nurse with a vision. We brought a team of nurses to rural India and while they provided training at the hospital, we shot, edited and produced a training DVD in native Hindi, using everyday native people…all while in-country. We were challenged by heat, power outages, broken equipment, culture, time constraints, and monkeys. The production value may be below our usual standards, but the results exceeded our hopes: Five hundred duplications of the DVD have been made; they are being shown in hospitals and villages throughout the subcontinent. Here is a small sample of the final DVD.
